Professor Mohamed Lotayef Executive President of the Egyptian Health Council, participated in the meeting of the Board of Directors of the General Authority for Health Accreditation and Control on Wednesday, September 27, 2023, in the New Administrative Capital, to discuss ways of joint cooperation during the coming period in the field of training and raising the efficiency of members of the medical professions in various specialties, with the aim of enhancing the application of National quality standards issued by GAHAR, and ensuring adherence to them in the practical practices of the various components of the health service. 
It was emphasized that training members of the medical profession on quality standards is considered one of the effective tools for improving health care, and providing health service providers with the ability to apply these standards on a routine basis while carrying out their daily responsibilities. These training programs also contribute to developing and improving the strategies applied within the health system, which achieves confidence in the outputs of the Egyptian health system and in Egyptian human cadres at the local, regional and international levels.
