Today, Prof. Mohamed Lotayef, Executive President of the Egyptian Health Council, and Eng. Khaled Lotfi Al-Attar, Deputy Minister of Communications and Information Technology for Administrative Development, Digital Transformation and Mechanization, signed a cooperation protocol between the Egyptian Health Council and the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology. Many points were agreed upon, including:
1- Joint cooperation in mechanization and digital transformation projects for the Egyptian Health Council, by providing technical advice and technical support.
2- Reviewing and updating the used systems.
3- Developing human and technical resources and their programs, as well as supporting the selection and preparation of technical cadres.
4- Signing cooperation agreements for training between the Egyptian Health Council and the institutions affiliated with the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology.
5- Providing detailed documentation for projects, it includes all reports and procedures it has gone through.
6- Work on compatibility and ease of data exchange to achieve maximum benefit with any automated systems within the Council.
7- Work on establishing a database for national records of various diseases and epidemics, as well as for national records for workers in the Egyptian health sector - in line with the role assigned to the Egyptian Health Council by Law No. (12) of 2022 AD.
