It is the official recognition granted to a professional development service provider after evaluating its documents and performance in accordance with quality and education standards, and other standards determined by the Egyptian Health Council.
- Any entity or entity that has a regular and recurring program of continuing professional development activities in the field of human medicine has the right to apply for accreditation provided that it does not have a commercial interest.
- The accreditation of institutions providing continuing professional development activities is valid for four calendar years.
- The accreditation shall be renewed after updating and reviewing each time and at least six months before completion.
- Entities wishing to apply for accreditation from the Supreme Committee for Continuing Professional Development of Medicine are required to apply.
• The entity, organization or institution must be legally recognized.
• Availability of sufficient educational experience.
• Availability of certified trainers.
• Provide at least one training program for program accreditation.
• Passing the examination and review.
